Dear Show participants and spectators,

We welcome you to come be a part of DropFest 2006. DropFest in case you don't know is an all custom car show featuring the best Low riders ,Trucks , Imports, Classics , Hotrods, 4x4's and Motorcycle's in the Midwest and this is the 6 th year . Between the wicked competitions, entertainment, and the atmosphere of the show this year should be an awesome year for all contestants and spectators alike. It is people like you that have helped the Mid West continue to grow for the love of the sport; we appreciate all of your help from passing out flyers to telling your friends and most of all coming to the show year after year. DropFest could not be what it is without you.   This year Dropfest is June 3 rd and 4 th at Wisconsin International Raceway in Kaukauna , Wisconsin again the setup will basically be the same with the moving around of some of the competitions. For a full list of the events and times check the schedule of events on the website in the schedule of events section or on the flyers. Camping will start at 5p.m. on Friday June 2 nd cost is $25 per person for the weekend. The registration for the show is $30 pre-register (before May 21 st )and $40 at the gate and that includes 2 weekend passes into the show you can also purchase additional discounted weekend passes on-line also. Spectator passes this year are $15 a day or $25 for the weekend ($20 on-line before May 21 st ) Show car roll-in will be 7 a.m. both days and judging will be 8a.m. till 6p.m. on Saturday. The judging lanes will be set-up the same with the exception of new judge's .And the addition of new /more classes, any questions or comments e-mail me directly at sweet@dropfest.com .  This year the hydro hop & dance contest will be on Saturday competitors must register by noon on Saturday. The gas -hop and highest 3-wheel contests will be moved to Sunday. The M.C. battle and the rap/ R&B artists will be Saturday afternoon with the bikini /hard body contest (New this year also, there will be a MISS DROPFEST 2006, crowned at this years show) following. After that there will also be a band playing on Saturday 6pm till 8 pm then the party at the campsite will start at 9pm .   The carry-in policy this year is the same no carry-ins into the show. They are allowed in the campsite only .It went well last year there was no broken glass on the track like the year before.   The show car rules this year are the same as last year. At least 1 major and 3 minor modifications (unless a classic car). Examples of modifications are rims and tires, stereo; paint, bodywork, interior, TV's, body kits, suspension upgrades. If your car looks good you won't have a problem. Once again thanks, let's pray for no rain / monsoons and we will see you at DropFest 2006
